Just next to the market is the House of Creation, the Place Bockstael Cultural Centre with its "At-home Sundays". In April and September, Laeken fair sets up on the square and the market moves to Place Willems. Combine shopping and markets by visiting Rue Marie-Christine shopping street, where you will find lots of shops, jewellery, bookshops, restaurants, snack bars and bakeries.
